Payment Method
Endicia.com offers several options for payment methods. When an account is first opened, the credit card entered during the registration process is automatically used to fund the account balance, which pays for any postage purchased through the account. This payment method is also used for the monthly subscription fee if the trial period is continued.
However, multiple payment methods can be added to use different credit cards for different types of transactions. Endicia has three transaction types:
- Account funds: This balance pays for any postage purchased in the account, any package insurance included, as well as any post-shipment adjustments that could occur.
- Service fees: This is the monthly subscription fee for the account.
- Supplies purchases: This is for any supplies purchased from the Endicia store.
To add a payment method:
- Go to the username drop-down menu and select Manage Account.
- Choose Payment Methods from the Account Settings section.
- Click the Add icon.
- Enter the information for the new payment method, then click Save.
Once the new payment method has been added, it can be assigned to one or more transaction types in Payment Settings. Use the drop-down menus to select which Payment Method to use for each purchase type: Account Funds, Service Fees, and Supplies Purchases.

Endicia Return Policy?
Endicia.com offers several options for creating return labels. Customers can create return labels for any domestic label previously created. However, international labels are not eligible for returns.
Three options for creating return labels are available:
- Email a prepaid return label: This option allows the purchase of a return label and emailing the label PDF to the recipient's email address. These emailed return labels are active for 24 hours once created. If the label is not used within 24 hours, a refund can be requested for up to 28 days.
- Email a QR code "no label" return: This option is useful if the recipient does not have the ability to or prefers not to print the label themselves. Instead of a label PDF, they'll receive a QR code they can take to the Post Office or UPS drop-off location. The agent can then scan the QR code, print the label, and attach it to the shipment on the spot! QR codes expire after seven days once created.
- Send a pay-on-use return label with the outgoing shipment: A pay-on-use return label is a label you are only charged for if it is used. This type of label does incur a small per-label fee. The Pay-On-Use Return feature must be enabled for your account before you can create this type of label.
For refunds, postage misprints and unused mailpieces with Endicia addressed postage may be eligible for a reprint or a refund, subject to USPS rules. For electronic refunds, the request must be within 30 days of the print date. For physical-proof refunds, the request must be within 60 days of the print date. Refund requests are generally processed within 12 weeks of receipt of a claim.
